Hops & Headshots returns August 24

Join us at Blue Star Brewing Company on August 24 for an evening of networking, featuring the opportunity to have a new headshot taken by a professional photographer on site. Light appetizers, a complimentary drink ticket, and a professional headshot are included in your event registration. Attendance and headshots are free to all active members. Registration for non-members costs $10. Join UMAST to take advantage of the members-only rate!

UMAST Annual Leadership Conference

Save the date! The Annual Conference will take place on Thursday, November 16 at the UTSA School of Data Science in downtown San Antonio. Please plan to join us for a day of professional development and networking. More details will be announced soon.


The Texas City Management Association (TCMA) is an organization of local  government professionals dedicated to promoting the highest standards of governance, service, leadership, ethics, and education while embracing individual and regional diversity for the benefit of our membership and the cities of Texas.

September 30 - October 4: International City/County Management Association (ICMA) Annual Conference in Austin, Texas. Please visit for more information about the conference. ICMA has created a toolkit for requesting support from your employer to attend the conference; visit Justification Toolkit - ICMA Conference to learn more. Early registration ends August 16.
